There has been a cultural shift toward employees being a means to an end as opposed to an environment where employees are valued and motivated.
Support from management
Expectations are not realistic, support from management is minimal and turnover is high.
What I like about the company
Up until recently, it has been a place to advance and provided significant job security. There was a lot of focus on employee satisfaction and the motivation to provide great work was there.
What I dislike about the company
Benefits have been cut, work has increased without a salary increase. Employees are expected to work extra hours to meet unrealistic goals.
