It took 10 years to get to the lowest level of pay for my position, and the next 10 years to be constantly reclassified and slowly lowered.
Office / Work Environment
Share a desk with everyone, no personal items allowed.
They use every opportunity to recycle.
Work, no life is allowed.
I was proud of my work and respected for my contribution then my entire team was cut suddenly to allow Japan and Asia to take our jobs.
There is none for US workers.
In the US there has to be until a suitable replacement out of the US is found.
In the US they follow all the rules, outside US borders, whatever meets schedule and budget.
Very, to the point of failure mostly.

The company is moving to Japan and Asia, so yes in one direction.
