Suggestions for improvement
- More accountability at the departmental leadership level.
My supervisor understands the need for work/life balance and is flexible in this regard. My team works well together. Also, the company provides great health benefits as well as tuition assistance for employees and their dependents.
Great benefits, a supportive work community
Based on the organization's infrastructure, there are limited opportunities to move up or earn more money. Simply doing a great job isn't enough - every position is only ever going to be what it is, and you cannot earn more unless you find a different position within the company.
