Support from Management
Leadership is the worst out of any bank that I have worked at. They DO NOT welcome question and neither do other associates. There is no training provided online or in a classroom. Training consists of being shown once or twice and your expected to pick it up from there. Management offers little to no encouragement and you will be timed during every encounter you have with a client. If you want to micro managed than this is the place for you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Starr with an more streamlined computer program where huperlinks are used instead of clicking through 5 different screens to accomplish a phone number or an address change. Develope at least an on line training program that is supported by a daily virtual training class and an instructor so questions can be asked. You can train up to 15 or more people this way using the telephone for communication. you have.a serious problem with Management and where to begin is difficult, may give them training on how not to slam every door they touch when displeased. This is not only is this unprofessional but it scares the heck out of the customes waiting in the branch for service.
