Above average as far as most companies go.
Support from management
They talk a big game, but if you needed help, well, it was iffy at beat.
Freedom to work independently
Managers micro manage and require endless reports.
They greatly favored females. If you were Hot, you got all the good leads.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Overall compensation for your work
Below average because underwriting was so strict, only half of what you write gets issued.
Office / Work Environment
They expected you to work 60+ hours a week.
In my area, SC, non existent.
Almost non existent because you miss your quota by just $1 and your gone.
Extremely because all you heard in sales meetings was what you were doing was wrong. Hated it.
Inclusive / Diverse
Average. They also let minorities do as they pleased.
Suggestions for improvement
- Install leadership that have been out in the field in the past few years. The ones in charge didn't have a clue.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
