Sales more important than treating employees well. Comes from the top down, but they never admit anything.
Support from management
Management cannot be trusted - AT ALL! And HR is conditioned to support management without question.
Each dept has to fight for survival and will use cut throat tactics to do so.
Too much push to promote pretty females, even if unqualified or corrupt.
Only good if you can put your ethics aside.....
Overall compensation for your work
Company almost went under in 2008 due to credit manipulations, when they laid off half of workforce and cut pay 2%0 for those that remained. When company came back strong, they never tried to rehire those laid off and never brought back pay levels for previous pay cuts. Company made out like a bandit!
Office / Work Environment
1000-1500 employees jamed into an old elevator factory. No windows and offices made out of closets.
They expect everything from employees, but only give lip service in return. Will turn on you in a minute.
Sales practices a low for the questionable timeshare industry. Trying to rebrand to escape past image????
If you're quiet about the vast corruption surrounding you.........
Of course it's challenging! The only people that remain long term are either corrupt or silent about it.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse workforce, at least at the lower levels. Upper levels almost all white and mostly male.
Suggestions for improvement
- Remove executive management and start over.

Some very good people buried inside dying for change.

Management, lack of ethics.
