There is no real involvement of the employee in decision making at all
Freedom to work independently
The work load is too much, and the employee has no say in the distribution of work at all
Equality does not exist in this company. Who ever is in a management position is more important and thus has more say to delegate unequal tasks to those who are not in management
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers are being hired to do work they cannot possible do.
They do not recycle a thing
There is peer pressure in terms of working hours, families are not considered, and you can barely get a vacation or a day off when necessary
The company's image is tarnished due to the management or lack there of.
There is a risk of loosing your job due to unethical practices not being fullfilled.(
There is not enough parking for a facility of that size

- Listen to the employees we actually work with the residents and make changes based on what you learn, give incentives and recognition when due. Incentives are important especially when you are asking us for a favor(time away from family, extra curricula
