I would rate overall, excellent. A lot of diversity and everyone was treated equal, with opportunity for advancement

Management to time to interact with employees, get to know their employees and always had open doors
The answer is yes, everyone worked as a team, in this industry it's very important to work as a team. If any problems arise with someone not working as a team the company worked with that person to put them on another team that work better fit their personality. Teamwork was a priority with Westower
Get communication, the company would have meetings with the entire staff weekly to make sure everyone was on the same page, memos, emails and always open door policy to ensure everyone is always welcome to communicate any issues or promblems
Yes, the Company even hire woman Tower climbers. Woman have the same career opportunities

Number one was safety, there where signs in place throughout the building, meetings, emails, memos and a Management crew put in place to ensure Safety
Everyday was a challenge, that's what kept the job so interesting, I was proud and happy with my position, just knowing I could be apart of Customer Satisfaction
