Suggestions for improvement
- Pay needs to be worked on.
All about there legal exposure
Older employees don't help new ones
Expectations very unrealistic
They say comment but they don't want to hear it
Bringing in new employees making more than ones who had been there for 4 to 6 months
Say voluntary but try to push you into over time
Have diversity but they want you to bow down
Company desire to abuse working staff and mid level management to achieve unreasonable goals, without proper compensation.
