Even the Supervisors admitted that they did not want to work there

Very Poor Leadership Support, Supervisors preferred to bully and intimidate rather than motivate
Toxic environment, dog eat dog world. Employees would spend their time blaming other employees for constantly occurring mistakes.
Level of Autonomy
I was constantly overworked, while others did little or nothing. Which allowed me to learn and grow as a chemist at my new job.
