No positive reinforcement from management, certain managers would belittle you for not doing small things, such as having a single day's worth of facial hair growth, getting a single item of a customer's order incorrect, and even if your name tag is positioned incorrectly.
Support from management
None of the such was displayed from any member of lower-tier management.
Absolutely abysmal. No one wanted to help and no one wanted to focus on the customers interest.
Freedom to work independently
Someone was always breathing down your neck, even if you were assigned a station alone.
Everyone was treated the same at Whataburger; subhuman
Attitude towards older colleagues
No one is promoted from the inside.
Overall compensation for your work
You're paid one rate, given very little opportunity for growth and the work required isn't worth the pay rate.
Office / Work Environment
Coworkers usually complained when asked for help. They eventually ended up helping, but with intense attitude.

It's based on how much you work and how you spend your own time.
The job security was decent at best. I saw someone get fired for breaking a component to a lettuce chopper that was already broken by the same manager that fired the employee for breaking the component.
We served people with disabilities all the time
Floors were always slippery and the tea urns always had a taste of mold and mildew.
Everything was terrible. The work was physically challenging, with very little monetary incentive.
Inclusive / Diverse
Everyone is based on the company's idea of priority.
Suggestions for improvement
- Add positive reinforcement and hire people who are actually COMPETENT to enough to have managerial positions.
What I like about the company
There's hardly anything to like about it.
What I dislike about the company
Absolutely everything. The company conducts itself in all the wrong ways.
