The image is wholesome both in the public eye and in the training videos. The reality is bitterness of those who manage the store, my assessment due to overworking. Double standards are openly flaunted, such as no employee discount for spouse, yet let any familiar face of management enter, free meals flow- very unethical.
Support from Management
Training is bare bones minimum, as they don't even have you complete the video training series. Running on a skeleton shift, your back is bent at all times, no time for quality training. Many different managers, non-intercommunicating, expect no quarter with disability or schedule requests.
