Support from Management
Leadership was phenomenal until Asencian took over Wheaton. Now leadership is concerned about their jobs and is firing most people who are not full time and are FTE.
Suggestions for improvement
- Seek input from employees, empathy training for leadership
I like about the employer
Under Wheaton had tremendous support from leadership. Once Ascenciin took over morale tanked and numerous positions but with no empathy shown to employees.
