Suggestions for improvement
- Definitely more meetings between management and employees if there is conflicting issues in regards to work and clients. There seems to be a lot of discussion between only certain people, instead of everyone coming together to resolve issues that might come up.
What I like about the company
Working hard is absolutely recognized. I was in a call center position for nearly 3 years, and when I transferred to another client supportive position the company offered me an even higher position within another year without me applying as they thought I was suited for the job.
What I dislike about the company
There seems to be some disagreements on particular responsibilities that positions hold, and I think that upper management should be meeting more frequently to hear from their employees about concerns.
