Company is in transition. Used to be client and employee focused, shift has been made to more bottom line only matters.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication is very poor. The players have changed but the climate is still the same. I feel more like a tool than an asset. Morale does not appear to be of much concern
What I like about the company
Some management is concerned and it shows in their interactions with employees, however this isn't the rule.
