Support from Management
Was cussed out by district supervisor. Area supervisor did nothing. Company has outdated technology. Does not listen to employees. Management seems to be afraid to question direction given by FAMILY.
Suggestions for improvement
- Try allowing the team members to try some of there ideas. Especially if the cost is low. They may have a good idea once in awhile. Don't tell employees you want there input if your not going to address there concerns. Hold individuals acountable. Can't tell you how many time o seen team members refuse to do what they are told.
