Suggestions for improvement
- Obtain new management and provide more support and training to employees as well as incentives.
I like about the employer
I worked at WDR off an on for years and at one time it was a great place to work however it has gotten progressively worse over the last several years.
I dislike about the employer
The upper management was not supportive and had unrealistic expectations of their employees. Because of this there are few employees left since I left last year. If you have high ratings from people for WDR it must be skewed by management as I am sure it is not from line employees.
