I only worked with older and younger women of a certain race. Caucasian.
I was one of middle aged to younger white women working in my department. I think they only hire people who'll 'fit' in.
Suggestions for improvement
- Supervisors should supervise and not 'guess' whether employees are getting breaks or understand the massively, ever-changing schedule. I've hears supervisors yelling at employees to 'get a move on', 'get out of the way', and other disparaging remarks to numerous to mention; they do this over company radios. Seems they have no sense of approaching someone and just telling them something. But most of that yelling was to hear themselves yell. It's infantile. Worse, customers at the business have to stand there and hear it on 'other' employee's radios. Professional? I don't think so.
