Suggestions for improvement
- The management speaks of an open-door policy. This is not the case; if this were to become a standard practice this would greatly improve the moral of the management, the physicians, & the subordinates.
What I like about the company
Initially, the idea of informative healthcare. The employers were always willing to answer questions (within reason) and encouraged the employees to participate in healthcare related topics
What I dislike about the company
It is not an obvious representation however upper management has been known to throw their subordinates under the bus. This is practiced when a patient/client makes a complaint or when the subordinates themselves have an issue with one another. It can elevate to where the manager will/has excluded a subordinate in day to day work activities to "teach her a lesson".
