Support from Management
My immediate supervisor, at the time of my employment was rude ,jumped to conclusions and was wrongfully and verbally abusive in the work place .matter how hard I worked and I never missed a day in 8 yes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Suggestion ,if you want quality workers, you have to pay them what they are worth. You get what you pay for.
I like about the employer
When the previous owner did know what was going on , did try to fix any issues in all areas, but sadly not much got to the owner.
