There is some level of diversity, but I believe that it could be improved on the senior management level.
Suggestions for improvement
- Senior managers should have an unbiased or mere preferential when it comes to given opportunities to qualified candidates. It makes a company lose talented employees.
I like about the employer
It all depends on your position at the company, but for the most part and in my case, it has to do with my immediate manager and Director. They made the difference. Although they represent the company, their support has absolutely impacted my tenure at the organization.
