Suggestions for improvement
- Support and emotional well being. Less stressful environment
There is no climate of fairness or trust. Employees were to do what they are told to do, do not question it and never point out that there is another, possible better, way to do the job....that will get you terminated.
Limited support, by only a few mid-management individuals. Most of mid-management seek to save their own necks - not yours.
Individuals in my department worked well together for the greater part, although there was one "bully" who had free reign on everything, and was never discouraged or reprimanded by our supervisor.
