Attitude towards older colleagues
A lot of small layoffs of older workers.
Non-resistant unless you are hand picked. You don't need to have the experience just be a favored child.
Lots of layoffs. Looks like they will cut as many as needed to make numbers.
Do more with less attitude. Lots of overtime if you want it.
Suggestions for improvement
- More seasoned CEO. It cannot be a one woman show. A few vps remain that should have been cut. Less micromanaging. More vision, strategy, and true leadership.
