Suggestions for improvement
- Honesty! one CEO said that my efforts were worthwhile and I was making headway; another told me that the company thought I was wasting money and should leave immediately. there was no arranging for further care for my patients and no regard for the work I had done. The market is stable there and would support the population if the Native American patients were treated with greater respect and welcomed to the treatment center.
- If Wind River Oncology is to reopen, I would welcome the opportunity to be a part of it. It should contain all treatment modalities for Cancer and
Blood Diseases and welcome all patients and their families. I would be proud to be of assistance in developing a cancer center of note in that area.
What I like about the company
The people I worked with were wonderful.
What I dislike about the company
There was no job security...I was told my "product line" was being discontinued and despite my contract and its requirements I was gone. They did not adhere to the contents of the contract and didn't care about the patients or employees.
