- Join a management group such as Clienman to learn how to value their staff and also to learn their practice's success is equal to their employees and their ongoing morale.
I dislike about the employer
The mgt. and doctors play favorites. They do not communicate well with their associates, especially if there is any type of conflict. They had rather stick thier heads in the sand than get all sides of the story. Offering preference to their favorites. They offer incentives but when staff reaches the goal they change the incentive. They do not treat their staff fairly. Simply they do not value their emplyees with each skill they bring with them.
