Suggestions for improvement
- Adding more shifts or more customer service representatives so that the analyst doesn't feel rushed to get the client off of the phone and is better able to assist customers.
What I like about the company
The positive personal experience I have experienced working with Windstream is being recoginzed for all the hard work and dedication that you put into your job. You are given incentives based on your performance and boy do they help!
