The company did not contribute in the work climate of fairness and trust. The supervisor was not good at dealing with all employees. She did not give credit where credit was due.
Support from Management
Supervisor did not set realistic goals for some but for others she did not set goals at all. She allowed some to sit and text on the phone and stream movies while others had to work really hard to keep up. She only allowed those who worked 5 errors a month.
