Every week there are layoffs. So the stress of not knowing if you have a job from week to week is emotionally draining
Support from management
Immediate manager is great. But he can only do what he is told as well
My immediate team was great. We would do anything for each other. But WIN as a hole treated you like a number
Freedom to work independently
Not much micromanaging.
Upper management has no clue. They post videos on line about "how great" things are while vacationing in Europe while people back home are loosing their jobs.
You might learn some new skills to take to your next opportunity but that's about it.
Overall compensation for your work
Very low pay for what you are worth. No transparency or wage bands they keep all the a secret.
Everyone is so grouchy because they never know if they will have a job from week to week. Makes teamwork very hard when the employees are not motivated
Many opportunities to work at home depending on the position
Honestly I think they are positioning themselves to be sold. They are so far in debt it is awful!
Layoffs every week! Always on a Thursday.
Always some fire to put out. But not much direction.
Suggestions for improvement
- Clean house of all the "C" positions. (CIO, CEO....ETC) they give them selves bonuses and not the workers. They dont value the employees at all. As long as they get their bonuses they could care less. Really look to work someplace else.
What I like about the company
Work life balance.
What I dislike about the company
Everything else. Benifits are bad. Time off is bad. Work environment is depressing and bad.
