Everyone is looking to jump ship
Support from management
Support is hard to come by when management has no clue what your job function is.
Environment is completely organized into silo’s impossible to penetrate
Freedom to work independently
Micro managed to the point it feels you have a babysitter, and management still doesn’t understand what you do.
Only good if you have created solid relationships over the years
Attitude towards older colleagues
You are not valued at all. Most likely the first to be layed off solely to save money and at the detriment of customers.
Overall compensation for your work
Good if you are hourly and willing to work tons of overtime to the point of losing track of what day it is.
Office / Work Environment
Decent, because of co-workers
Pretty bad after 2 reverse stock splits and continued decline in stock price
None. Layoffs happen every three months due to declining revenue.
Doing more with less people to try and save the company is always challenging
Inclusive / Diverse
Suggestions for improvement
- Executive management replacement.
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
