The 'Cultural Initiatives' that a Sr. Leader brought over from another large Fortune 500 retailer have failed. The former executive team agrees.

WIN Sr. Leaders are focused on Shareholder expectations and are not putting the customer and employee first. This has created a divide between Sr. Leadership and staff. Decisions are being made in haste with no concern for how they impact customers and employees. I.e. Laying off people a week before Christmas does not drive employee engagement.
