The experience was riddled with very dramatic politics that made job security uncomfortable at best.
Support from management
Inconsistent messages and knee jerk reactions
Team resources were challenging at best to engage in a timely fashion.
Freedom to work independently
On average day to day work load was reasonable.
Good intentions to keep information flowing but often the messages were misaligned to the intended audience.
Overall compensation for your work
The grass is much greener on the other side of the fence in this case.
Office / Work Environment
Old tech and slow systems made even a basic quote a demanding task.
Products could be amazing but install windows and stability were very inconsistent. Excessive outages made it almost a burden to introduce new customers to the products.
Inclusive / Diverse
No and often frowned on.
Suggestions for improvement
- They have an extensive network that needs some upgrades and improved resiliency to stay up 100% of the time... achieve that and it would be a good product and in turn hopefully make a comeback.
What I like about the company
Could be an amazing company if they got out of their own way and focused on the core business in today and tomorrow's needs.
What I dislike about the company
Perhaps the most volatile work environment. From fist fights between sales reps to random senior management plans thay came and went almost overnight.
