Leadership is always in flux, which sends the employees in a new direction....so there's never a real direction just a kind of let's try this and see if it works.
Direction is very minimal and only by emails. Very few meetings for the non-supervisory employees.
There is no time or money put back into the employees to further their careers or help the company stay fresh with upcoming technology.
