Suggestions for improvement
- Review your management team periodically. Bring in a team to gather feedback and research how suited the managers are for their position. Offer employees a fair chance for advancement. Stop cutting hours.
I like about the employer
They didn't have many hours to give, but they worked with my availability.
I dislike about the employer
There was no support for advancement from my store manager. In fact, it was almost as if I was kept in my position because I was good at it.
