Suggestions for improvement
- To value the worker as something other than a dispensable product to buy cheaply and sell high to the client. To balance out the needs of the worker with the wants of the client for cheap labor without benefits.
I dislike about the employer
Refusal to even try to get me a permanent job after setting me up for temporary work despite my competence and skills. Low wages. Disconnect between what the client says is the job description and what the job actually demands.
