Suggestions for improvement
- Too many to list, but new leadership with a humane vision would be a great start. They need to serve the human being a/k/a temporary worker's needs, not just the client's. Underpaying for overworking may be common in the market, as understand by those hiring, but it is not a formula for humanity's success. I work and work and can't keep up with my basic bills. You can't turn a blind eye to that. You can't keep good people under morally destructive working conditions, no matter how desperate we are for work.
I like about the employer
It is not a likable culture.
