Suggestions for improvement
- Better training programs for new staff to grow in the company, and a cleaner path to a management position.
In words only. Most regional managers never come to the office but once a year and the CFO we only see once a year if that.
supervisors are totally disconnected from staff
If you kiss up to the right person you get acknowledged, otherwise you are left to fend for yourself.
None existent (partners) can't even communicate with each other - how is staff gonna !!
