Support from Management
No support whatsoever. Management will blame developers if something went wrong and take all credit if things go right.
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher management should bypass mid management and directly engage with employees.
What I like about the company
Job security, company is full of non-productive people so all quality resources are secured since they can't be laid off.
What I dislike about the company
Low compensation, awful process, long working hours with no overtime, bodyshopping business model, unprofessional supervisors.
