Support from management
My manager would not respond to emails and barely answered the phone. She was overheard telling the assistant to not answer her phone and hang up saying the call was dropped.
It's all a numbers game, and even when you have them they try to find fault to get above you.
Results are very delayed and when there is proof that those results are wrong there is nothing done to fix them.
