Support from management
My manager would not respond to emails and barely answered the phone. She was overheard telling the assistant to not answer her phone and hang up saying the call was dropped.
It's all a numbers game, and even when you have them they try to find fault to get above you.
Results are very delayed and when there is proof that those results are wrong there is nothing done to fix them.
Overall compensation for your work
Outrageous pricing on health insurance, they would be better off not offering it at all.

None, no matter your rank or how well you perform.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop believing upper management is always telling the truth and completely knows what they are doing. Start asking opinions about management from the employees and then actually follow through. Remember all your employees have families and life outside work.
