Supervisors over store manager didn't compliment they said make more sales and they ALWAYS messed up the commission.
Support from management
The DM was telling customers the wrong things and as management I had to fix the mess with irate customers.
Teamwork at my store was a must but not with other stores.
Was the worst.
Overall compensation for your work
Commission NEVER correct. Never get paid for the corrections.
Always short staffed so management worked 6 to 7 days a week.
Always ready to fire someone when they ask about there pay.

- Pay the employees the correct commission. Dont work the management open to close 7 days a week.
What I dislike about the company
Never got paid the correct salary. Lies to customers for me to clean up the mess. The way they spoke to employees
