Have leaders that are secure with themselves. Secure with their leadership skills. This produces stronger,better skilled to help grow the business,
Suggestions for improvement
- Take a genuine interest into ALL associates. I have faith in wireless vision as a company,just not in one associate in a leadership role. Once they open their eyes that putting so much of their trust In one...it could potentially cosy them a few good employees.
