Suggestions for improvement
- Pay competitively. For anyone trying to advance beyond sales, you can only look at it as a training program, very difficult to take a huge pay cut to advance your career.
I like about the employer
It is a fun industry.
I dislike about the employer
They do not pay competitively. Pay is very low compared to similar jobs. This does not include sales which is still limited but better due to a union. Although, I do not think the bonus pool system is great, they should just pay higher commission and eliminate the bonus pool and sales reps competing against each other.
