Send an email or contact the management and you get no response. At the job site you are luck if you really know what you are doing for that day.
If everyone shows up, the team works together to make meet those team goals and self-goal. Most of the time there isn't enough staff so it makes it harder to make the team goals and you end up trying to focus on your own goal.
There is no communication. If you have a problem and you email anyone, there is no response. If there is an issue, you have no one to talk to.
The hours start really early in the morning. If you have children you better have child care. If the full team is not there, which is most of the time, you end up working really long hours. An example is you get to the office for 5 am and sometimes you get back at 7-8 pm a lot of those hours is waiting and traveling and not working. The schedule is really random so it's hard to plan according to your schedual.
