Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management would profit from listening to and "under standing" what the workers are saying about management's attitude toward them during conversations at "break time."
What I like about the company
My supervisors were capable in that position but seemed to lack a
clear understanding of exactly what was going on in upper management. An employees special needs for time off were usually accomodated. They complimented me frequently for a job
well done or for doing more than what was asked.
