Suggestions for improvement
- They need a Human Resources Dept in NY or at least the one they have in theory in Connecticut needs to come to the New York office and pay attention to what goes on.
I like about the employer
That I no longer work there.
I dislike about the employer
No management and particularly no NY Human Resources Dept. We were left with one office manager who played favorites and rarely managed anything or anyone.
