Only one particular shift. Mostly alot of favoritism

Not enough pay for stress we deal with .
Company did provide traii g.but sadety manager quit as did the assistant.
I always give 100% of my work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Put people who actually care in position towhere the company can flourish instead of morons.
What I like about the company
