Suggestions for improvement
- Improve communication and remove the failing leadership. Replace the leadership with people who will focus on success of the school. Offer compensation that is more in line with industry or they will never be able to recruit the right people for the job.
I like about the employer
The people in the grunt work positions are great. They want to make Wofford a great place for the students and are a team in that goal. There is also an intrinsic benefit to working in a College environment.
