There was no recognition, or commending employees for good work. and fair treatment of employees was generally lacking.
Support from Management
The plant manager and sometimes the line supervisors created a hostile work environment, due to a disconnect with employees, a lack of interaction, and inability to recognize and solve employee grievances.
There was some teamwork, but was lacking overall.
