An individual is an employee at will. If the enrollment is low then one is told that his or her pay will be cut until enrollment picks up.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better communication and being treated fairly. A more friendly environment.
What I like about the company
The school was very clean and diverse.
What I dislike about the company
There was not any tuition reimbursement. Teachers were responsible for paying for their own professional development.
