Top-down, ad-hoc, seat-of-the-pants management style. No discipline whatsoever when it came to adhering to agreements regarding the SDRC. There is no agile here, just a chaotic, desperate, reactive mess.

- Wake up. It's not 1998 anymore.

I met some nice folks there.

They are not serious about modernizing.
