No input asked for or allowed from employees. They act like they want to hear it but nothing positive ever happens when anyone tries to tell them the truth.
Better quality of workers than publishing company's executive management by far.
The business practice are dishonest and misleading with employees and customers too.
They tell you in interviews that they put a lot of effort into career development of staff when really there is little to no attempts to train and direct.
