While there are a few good people, primarily there is no trust and a lot of fat that could easily be cut. More focus on politics than on clients.
Has gotten better, but mostly corporate angling and individual job preservation.
Intense lack of understanding between field and office workers. Office is lackadaisical.
Everything is a secret.
Women seem to be equally respected/disrespected
Some are supported here, I am not.
Timing on special circumstances is very sketchy, paychecks are very consistent. Pay is very high and benefits are pretty good.
Company claims to be socially conscious, but where the rubber hits the road, not so much.
Chose the work-heay approach for me, mostly because I felt I had to in order to retain the client.
There are some working on improving in this area. Mostly seen as a lot of people doing little in the distant offices.
Energy-oriented. Not good now. Management does seem to want to retain staff, but overseeing offices are very much an issue in this area.
I have no experience in this area. Can't say either way.
While there is an extensive safety program, it is mostly for looks. There is a lot of hypocrisy here.
I personally am very happy with the work I have done.
There is a core group of hard-working people, the pay is very good.
There are a lot of slackers and incompetency is pervasive. Company has multiple locations, but those managing are largely distant. There is an atmosphere of "I'm the boss and I know better", but this is improving in some departments.
